This program is designed for elementary and middle school students eager to learn the basics of wrestling. This course focuses on essential techniques, movement skills, and conditioning to build a strong foundation in the sport. Through engaging lessons, drills, and demonstrations, participants will improve their skills, confidence, & overall athleticism.

Youth Intermediate
Designed for elementary and middle school wrestlers a minimum of 2 years experience, this program builds on fundamental techniques while introducing more advanced moves, strategies, and match scenarios. Through structured lessons, conditioning, and live drills, participants will sharpen their skills, improve their agility, and develop greater confidence on the mat.

High School Foundations
This class is designed for high school wrestlers who are building their technical foundation and mat awareness needed to succeed. Athletes will focus on core wrestling skills and have an emphasis placed on repetition to instill good habits and instincts. Ideal for athletes newer to the sport or looking to sharpen their fundamentals before advancing.

High School Elite
This class is built for high school wrestlers ready to take their wrestling to the next level. Training emphasizes higher level technique, chain wrestling, match strategy, and situational technique. You will learn to seamlessly link attacks, transitions, and counters, developing the ability to stay one step ahead in every scenario. Sessions include intense drilling, live wrestling, and a competitive environment designed to push physical and mental limits. Perfect for wrestlers committed to mastering their style and dominating on the mat.

High School Freestyle
This class is designed for wrestlers looking to develop the skills and awareness specific to freestyle wrestling. Athletes will focus on core freestyle techniques including leg attacks, exposure scoring, par terre offense and defense, and mat control. Emphasis is placed on repetition, positioning, and understanding scoring opportunities to build strong instincts in live situations. Ideal for wrestlers transitioning from folkstyle or those looking to sharpen their freestyle fundamentals and gain confidence in competition.
