With a strong foundation in international competition, Coach Joel brings both experience and passion to his coaching. A Singapore Pesta Sukan 2024 Gold Medalist, Singapore National Team Trials 2023 Silver Medalist, and SEA Champs 2023 Bronze Medalist, Joel understands firsthand what it takes to succeed at a high level.

His coaching philosophy centers on developing a wrestler’s mindset—instilling confidence, resilience, and a relentless work ethic that translates to success in both training and competition. Combining technical expertise with lessons learned from internationally established wrestlers, Joel ensures his athletes gain the skills, strategy, and mental toughness needed to excel.

Through his leadership, he strives to elevate every athlete, helping them reach their full potential on and off the mat.
